We developed flexible industrial control software to enable flexible configuration of workstations and dynamic adjustment of production plans; this allows for the production of up to 6-12 types of automotive parts without adding extra fixtures, significantly improving the production flexibility of automotive components.
The company designed and developed a new type of flexible welding production line for automotive parts, and also developed the first intelligent production scheduling system in the domestic automotive body parts welding field for the entire welding workshop. This greatly improves the flexibility of automotive parts welding manufacturing, significantly reduces automotive parts inventory, and truly realizes JIT (Just-In-Time) pull-based production.
